Meeting nights are:
When a month has five Tuesdays, on the fifth Tuesday we take time off from our training and other CAP activites and may not meet at the Clow location. A notice of these extra-curricular activities will appear on our home page.
Although rare, meetings do sometimes get cancelled, usually on very short notice. This is usually due to inclement weather. The fastest way for us to get the word out on a cancellation is via this website.
If a meeting should be cancelled, a very obvious notification will be made on the home page. Click on the image to the left to see an example of how the home page will appear in that situation. The notification will state the date of the meeting being cancelled. All attempts will be made to remove the notification on the following day.
You should always check the home page before leaving for the meeting if ever in doubt of whether there will be a meeting.
Use this Mapquest link to get to the corner of Weber Road and Clow International Parkway. Turn west on Clow International Parkway. This will take you to the entrance of the airport.
The larger yellow dots in the photo on the right indicated parking errors. The preferable lot is the northern one just east of Hanger One. Hangar One is designated by the red dot.
The southern yellow dot is the main airport parking lot.
The blue dots indicate where you are allowed to drive. Be careful just after turning into the airport. There will be a row of hangars to your right (not pictured at right) and a stop sign for crossing aircraft. Heed the stop sign!
The smaller yellow dots in the photo indicate where to walk from the parking lot to the entrance of Hangar One. You will walk on a sidewalk along the southern wall of Air Angels. When you get to the end of that sidewalk you will have to walk on the grass a short distance between Air Angels and Hangar Two, until you get to the sidewalk that runs along the southern wall of Hangar One. The entrance will be a door on the southwest corner of Hangar One.
